Alchemy Academy offers 4 comprehensive programs that will address your team’s needs and learning styles: 321 Strategies, VISION Energetics, 321 E.S.P. (Equine), and NRG Strategy.

Each training is presented by a professional coach who skilled at leveraging various personalities types and cultural influences into a cohesive and interesting learning environment. Expect to meet with your Coach to discuss your team’s history and goals. Prior to the scheduled training, your Coach will implement selected assessment tools and may choose to interview team members to better understand their personal perspective of the team’s congruency, needs, concerns and strengths.

Once you have chosen a program, your Coach will integrate a customized plan that will align with your desired goal. The process will be documented and we can provide feedback specifically to the team leader and to the group, upon request.
