Rescheduling
Policy
It is mandatory to read and follow the notification instructions.
If you do not follow these instructions, you may incur a session
/ training fee penalty or lose your payment in full.
Notification:
Alchemy Academy must receive your REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE by
email–two
(2) business days prior–to the day of your scheduled session
/ training.
- The date on your email will be recognized as the receipt date
- A phone call and
or message left at the Alchemy Academy office phone number will not be
considered notification, unless accompanied
by an email sent to Alchemy Academy at info@alchemyacademy.com
- All rescheduling requests must be in written form i.e. by email
Send an email to info@alchemyacademy.com requesting to reschedule
your session / training.
- Copy & Paste into your email subject line: REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE
- Copy & Paste the
following information, along with your corresponding information,
into the body of your email
- Your Name:
- Type of Session / training:
- Confirmed date of your session / training:
- Confirmed time of your
session / training:
- Reason for rescheduling:
- Requested date for new session / training:
- Request to set new session

Confirmation
of Receipt:
Upon receipt of your two (2) business day notification to reschedule
- Alchemy Academy will
- respond by email, a confirmation
of receipt, within one (1) business day
Rescheduling Refund Policy
When a Request To Reschedule email
is received within two (2) business days of the scheduled session
/ training
- client will not be charged a rescheduling
fee
- client’s payment
will be applied to the new scheduled session / training date
When a Request To Reschedule email is not received
within two (2) business days of the scheduled session /
training
- 50% of the client’s session / training fee will
be withheld in default.
- the remaining 50% of the original
session / training payment, from said client to Alchemy Academy,
will be applied to the
client’s
new rescheduled session / training date. Client agrees
to pay Alchemy Academy, the outstanding balance due,
within one (1) business day,
of the new scheduled session / training.
- if client declines
to reschedule the original session / training
- the remaining
50% balance of payment – from client to Alchemy
Academy – will be mailed to said client (using the
U.S. Postal service) within ten (10) business days of the
receipt date reflected
on the client’s original Request To Reschedule
Email notification.
When a Request To Reschedule email arrives on the date
of the scheduled original session
- said Rescheduling Request email notification will be considered
null and void
- session / training will be considered in
default
- client agrees that there is no refund due to said client
from any payment(s) made to Alchemy Academy regarding said
confirmed session / training date
- if there is an outstanding balance due to Alchemy Academy – client
agrees to pay Alchemy Academy said remaining balance
within three (3) business days of confirmed scheduled session / training
date.
- if Alchemy Academy does not receive balance due from client
within three (3) business days of original scheduled session
/ training date – client understands that Alchemy Academy will
seek legal restitution for any outstanding fees due.
Client agrees to
pay, in full, any legal fees incurred while seeking
said restitution.
When Alchemy Academy receives no written notification
from client regarding rescheduling and or cancellation
of confirmed
scheduled
session / training
- said confirmed session / training
will be considered in default
- client agrees that there
is no refund due to said client from any payment(s) made to
Alchemy Academy regarding said confirmed
session / training date
- if there is an outstanding balance due to Alchemy Academy – client
agrees to pay Alchemy Academy said remaining balance
within three (3) business days of confirmed scheduled session
/ training
date.
- if Alchemy Academy does not receive balance due from client
within three (3) business days of original scheduled session
/ training date – client understands that Alchemy Academy
will seek legal restitution for any outstanding fees
due. Client
agrees to
pay, in full, any legal fees incurred while seeking
said restitution.
