2 Categories Of 1on1 Coaching

Program Related: This is a three month commitment using a specific Alchemy Academy program that is implemented throughout your 1on1 Coaching sessions integrating the topic, issue and or goal that you want addressed. Program related sessions include journal feedback and email support.

Standard: 1on1 Coaching sessions that are randomly scheduled. Standard sessions are often used for emergency situations, critical decisions with a deadline, brainstorming, maintenance for a newly engaged behavior & belief or support the processing of a current issue. Standard sessions do not include journal feedback or email support.
